Always follow the instructions that are printed on the packs or provided on our website for packs that are not printed with instructions. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that result from failure to comply to these instructions
The sizes of our Comfort Gel Packs include the seal so if you purchase a 6×10” for example, it will not be a 6×10” rectangle of gel rather a 6×10” measurement of the pack to each end of the plastic.
Our personalization method is to apply a clear label with your customized information to the gel packs, so although it is sometimes mistaken for being printed directly on the pack, it is in fact a printed label.
By submitting an order with your customization you are agreeing that the information is correct in it’s entirety. This includes but is not limited to spelling, grammar and punctuation. Your customized packs will be printed exactly how you design them and will not be proofread by our printing department.
There can be no exchanges or refunds on customized orders.
Although our packs are known to last for years, they come with no warranty. We have some of the strongest packs on the market however they are plastic and can be cut or punctured. It is a rare occurrence but if a pack is delivered in a leaking state, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly replace the leaking packs.
To receive savings through our subscribe and save offer, you must agree to at least 3 repeat shipments in either 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 months intervals. If you cancel this before the 3-order commitment, your credit card will be charged 20% of the remaining orders.
We reserve the right to combine cases to minimize shipping waste.
Points for our reward program (10 points=$65 discount) expire after 18 months. Therefore, the points must be accumulated and used within an 18 month period.
When points are redeemed, no matter how large your cart is, no points will be awarded. Therefore, to maximize your $65 bonus, your order should be as close to $65 as possible.
You must have at least $65 worth of product in your cart for points to be used.
If at any time a system failure occurs and it gives customers additional points, rewards or discounts that were not intended, those points, rewards or discounts will not be honored.
For orders over 25 cases, points earned will be deducted from your account. Any order over 25 cases is on a different pricing structure which does not include the points system.
